Cancellation Policy

Please review the following terms and conditions for our chauffeured tours: Cancellation and Refund Policy - You may cancel your Adelaide chauffeur booking and receive a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled tour departure. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund. Minimum Age - Passengers must be 4 years old due to child restraint laws in South Australia. Please notify us in the Special Requirements section if children are aged 4-7 as we can provide booster seats. Minimum Passenger Requirement - There is no minimum passenger requirement for personalised Adelaide chauffeur tours. The tour price includes seating for up to 11 people in the minibus. Weather-Related Cancellations - In the event of extreme weather, your Adelaide chauffeur will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or a refund. - Tours will still run on rainy days, so please ensure you are dressed appropriately for the weather conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing to ensure a pleasant experience. Maximum Capacity The maximum number of passengers on any Adelaide chauffeur tour is 11. Behaviour Expectations We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful, considerate, and cooperative manner throughout the tour. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to verbal abuse, aggression, excessive intoxication, or harassment of other guests or tour staff, will not be tolerated. If any guest’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable by our Adelaide chauffeur, they will be asked to leave the tour immediately.
