FAQ about the best Discover Adelaide sightseeing tours

1. What is the minimum age for the best Discover Adelaide sightseeing tours?

For pre-planned tours, children must be 4 or older. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the space to store a pram. For private, personalised tours, there is the option to have younger children but storage space may still be limited depending on the number of guests. There are 3 anchor-points in the bus. You will need to provide your own baby seats. Please use the Contact form for individual advice on this.

2. My child usually sits in a car seat. Do you provide car seats on the best Adelaide sightseeing tours?

In South Australia, children under 8 years old are required to sit in car seats when in a vehicle. We do not provide car seats but are happy to help you fit one of your own if you'd like. We do have a booster seat available on prior arrangement (for ages 4-7).

3. We don't speak English very well. Can we join the best Adelaide sightseeing tours?

Absolutely! The tour guide has extensive experience in supporting international guests with limited English. You will be very welcome and are sure to enjoy the tour very much!

4. What if someone is nauseous on the bus?

We provide sick bags if needed, but if someone does not use one, there is a $150 cleaning fee. Please notify your Discover Adelaide guide ASAP if you are feeling unwell when on a tour.

5. What if my event is cancelled?

We understand that circumstances change, sometimes rapidly. That is why Discover Adelaide offers a 24-hour cancellation policy (except Kangaroo Island). If you want to cancel at least 24 hours before the tour, you will get a full refund (minus $25 processing fee). Cancellations made after this time do not receive a refund. Please email or phone to cancel as soon as you can.
