Your day begins with a scenic drive into the Adelaide Hills to Mount Lofty Lookout. From the summit you will enjoy sweeping panoramic views across Adelaide and the coastline, offering a spectacular introduction to the region.
Next we visit Shaw + Smith, one of Australia’s most respected cool climate wineries. Renowned for their elegant Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Shaw + Smith has helped shape the reputation of the Adelaide Hills wine region. Enjoy a guided tasting while overlooking the vineyards that produce these internationally recognised wines.
From here we continue to another stunning Adelaide Hills cellar door perched high above the valleys with some of the most beautiful vineyard views in the Adelaide Hills. Hills wineries are known for expressive cool climate wines and offer a relaxed setting to enjoy another tasting while soaking in the surrounding landscape.
For lunch we visit Grünthal Brew, a popular Adelaide Hills craft brewery with a welcoming and laid back atmosphere. Here you will enjoy a delicious pizza lunch accompanied by a tasting paddle of their small batch craft beers, brewed on site.
The day finishes at Heaps Good Spirits, a boutique distillery producing premium small batch gin. Guests will enjoy a tasting of their distinctive gins, each crafted with carefully selected botanicals that create unique flavour profiles.

An electric powered wheelchair is available by prior arrangement for guests who need support walking longer distances, and it fits easily into all of our vehicles when not in use.
