• Discover Adelaide Tours offers a range of accessible and inclusive supports to help guests feel more comfortable while travelling with us. An electric-powered wheelchair is available by prior arrangement for guests who need support walking longer distances, and it fits easily into all of our vehicles when not in use. Access steps are available for every vehicle, and two of our vehicles are fitted with microphones to make commentary easier to hear. We can also provide written information sheets for any of our tours in your preferred language. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs and make sure the tour is suitable for you.

• Discover Adelaide Tours follows strict animal-welfare practices, so while you’ll enjoy close, memorable encounters with wild animals, we support keeping wild animals wild and you will likely not have the chance to touch the animals.

• Gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free options are available upon request. Please note we cannot guarantee meals are suitable for coeliac or severe allergy requirements, as cross-contamination may occur.
