Refund Policy

Effective Date: 9 June 2026

At Discover Adelaide Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also recognising the planning and operational costs involved in delivering our tours.

Small Group Day Tours

24 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before your tour, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

Small Group Multi-Day Tours

30 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus the 10% deposit.
14–29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before the tour: No refund.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at least 30 days before your tour, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

All Private Tours and Charter (Single Day and Multi-Day)

30 days or more before the tour: Full refund minus the 10% deposit.
14–29 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 14 days before the tour: No refund.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.

Cancellations by Discover Adelaide Tours

If we must cancel a tour due to weather, minimum numbers not being met, ferry cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour of equal value, depending on your preference.

Important Notes

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations or changes to your plans.
Refunds will not be provided for guests who are late or miss the tour departure time.
