Behaviour Expectations We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful, considerate, and cooperative manner throughout the McLaren Vale winery tour. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to verbal abuse, aggression, excessive intoxication, or harassment of other guests or tour staff, will not be tolerated. If any guest’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable by our tour guides or staff, they will be asked to leave the tour immediately. In such cases, the guest will be responsible for their own transportation, and no refunds will be provided. Lateness To ensure the smooth operation of our McLaren Vale winery tours and respect the time of all guests, punctuality is crucial. If a guest is not present at the designated meeting spot at the scheduled time, the tour will continue without them. If a guest is more than 10 minutes late, the group will depart as planned, and the late guest will be required to find their own transport home or to the next stop.
